How to read the lists

Each theme is a list grouped by one metric, and its name is that metric: S grade, high dividend, low PER and so on. It only gathers the stocks that stand out on that metric. It is not a selection of good stocks.

So being on a list does not mean a company is good all round. A company on the high-dividend list may grow slowly, and a company on the low-PER list may trade at a low price for good reason. The lists look at one metric only. How far to rely on a grade is in using grades well.

What each metric measures is in term guides such as PER, dividend yield and ROE, with the full list in the metric guide. How typical values compare in the Korean market today is on one page in Investment metrics at a glance.
