A list filtered on one condition looks at that one metric only. Filtering on a low PER returns stocks with a low PER, but a low PER and a sound business are different things. Even with several conditions, the sides you did not filter on stay unseen. Stocks with missing values or values filled with substitutes may drop out depending on the condition.
