Terms of use

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms set out the conditions for using the services of Jupick (jupick.com, “the site”) and the rights and duties of users and the operator. Accessing the site and using the service means you agree to these terms.

Article 2 (Nature of the service)

1. The site is an information service that summarizes and presents the current state of stocks, crypto, FX and similar data, based on public data.
2. Every feature is free and requires no sign-up and no payment.
3. The grades, scores and metrics on the site are only summaries of disclosed data. They are not investment advice, not a solicitation to trade and not a forecast of future prices.

Article 3 (Limits of the information and liability)

1. The site’s data is collected from public sources such as the Korea Exchange, the DART disclosure system and Yahoo Finance, and delays, gaps or errors in the source data may carry through.
2. The operator does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information and is not responsible for the results of investment decisions made on the basis of it. Every investment decision, and its result, is the user’s own responsibility.
3. The service may be maintained, changed or stopped without notice, and the operator is not liable for any loss this causes.

Article 4 (Intellectual property)

Rights to the site’s layout, its explanation of the grading method and the content written for it belong to the operator. Rights to outside content such as news articles belong to their authors, and the site only shows the headline and a link to the original. Copying or redistributing beyond personal, non-commercial use is not allowed.

Grades, scores and summary tables calculated by the site may be quoted with the source named (Jupick, jupick.com). Even then they may not be used to solicit trades or to promote paid stock tips or investment advisory services.

Article 5 (Prohibited conduct)

1. Putting excessive load on the service by automated means
2. Collecting the site’s information without permission and reselling it commercially
3. Interfering with the normal operation of the service

Article 6 (YouTube services)

Jupick uses the YouTube API Services to upload videos made by the operator to Jupick’s YouTube channel. Anyone using this upload feature agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The same terms apply when you use Jupick’s YouTube channel and videos.

Article 7 (Changes to the terms)

These terms may change when needed. Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you agree to the changed terms.
