About each commodity
How to read these figures
- Facts instead of grades
Commodities are not companies, so they cannot be graded from financial statements. Instead of a grade, Jupick shows only facts: the current price, the change from the previous day and the position within the 52-week range. The 52-week position shows where the current price sits in the past year's price range, from 0 to 100%. Closer to 100% means closer to a 52-week high.
- Prices and units
All prices are US dollar international futures. Each commodity trades in its own unit (troy ounce, barrel, MMBtu, pound), so comparing the price numbers with each other directly tells you nothing.
This page is information based on public data and is not advice on any commodity or related financial product. The figures summarize current and past facts and do not forecast future prices.
